1 lb. hamburger
2 onions, diced
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pat hamburger in bottom of 1 1/2 qt. dish, salt and pepper. Add vegetables in order and pour soup over top. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.

1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 C. onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp EACH: thyme, garlic powder, oregano
1 (11 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (11 oz.) can tomatoes or sauce
1 C. Minute Rice, cooked
Velveeta cheese, chunks

Cook hamburger, olive oil, onion and 3 spices together. Drain off fat. Add soup, tomato sauce, Minute Rice and cheese. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes. You can put olives on top if desired.

1 lb. ground beef
2 C. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C. water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 C. rice
1 can chop suey noodles
Brown beef, and add celery and onion and simmer. Add mushrooms, soup, and 1 1/2 C. water, soy sauce, and rice. Bake for 1 hour. Put chop suey noodles on top and bake for 15 minutes more.

2 lbs. hamburger
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 C. chopped onion
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. package egg noodles
8 oz. package processed cheese (Kraft or Velveeta)
Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar and onion. Add tomato soup. Cook egg noodles according to package; drain. Add cream of chicken soup to egg noodles. Layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in 9"x12" casserole with processed cheese between layers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella
1 egg
parsley
1/2 C. shredded Mozzarella
Fry hamburger and sausage together; let cool. Make meatball mixture; don't drain. Put oil on bottom of casserole. Drain artichokes and separate. Make 2 layers, put artichokes on oil, meat mixture next, hard-boiled eggs, then Mozzarella. Repeat layer. Last 5 minutes, beat an egg, add parsley and cheese. Pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350º.

2 lbs. hamburger
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
8 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can tomato soup
onion, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a frying pan. Let simmer. The longer you simmer the better the flavor.
BACON-WRAPPED BEEF PATTIES

2 lb. ground beef
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
12 strips bacon
Combine everything except the bacon. Mix well. Divide mixture in half. Shape each into an 11" roll, approx. 3-4" in diameter. Place 6 strips of bacon on a piece of waxed paper. Place beef roll on one end of bacon strips. Roll up using waxed paper as an aid so that roll is wrapped with bacon. Cut into 6 patties. Secure bacon ends with toothpicks. Place on broiler rack. Repeat with other roll. Broil 7" from source of heat for 6 minutes. Turn patties over and broil 3 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
BACON-WRAPPED LITTLE LOAVES

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 C. cheddar cheese; shredded
1 lg. egg
1/4 C. dry bread crumbs
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
6 thin slices bacon, cut in ½
Heat the oven to 350º. Mix all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together. Shape the mixture into 6 small loaves. Crisscross 2 of the half slices of bacon across each loaf, tucking the ends under each loaf. Place the loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
BAKE BEAN CASSEROLE

1 can baked beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can butter beans
2/3 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
Fry hamburger and onions until brown. Mix mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and ketchup together. Drain kidney beans and butter beans. Mix all together. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
BAKED BARLEY DISH

1 C. barley
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 C. diced celery
1 green pepper
1 C. tomato soup
1 C. water
1 C. mushroom soup
1 C. peas
salt and pepper to taste
Boil barley for 1 hour. Drain. Brown hamburger then sauté onion, celery and green pepper with the meat. Add tomato soup and let simmer. Add water, mushroom soup, peas, salt and pepper. Bake at 350º until thick. Serves 6.
